Rankedwire writes editorial articles about your business and publishes them across news publications that we operate, in the markets you select. Our newsroom researches, writes and edits the articles. The service delivers published articles, and nothing else.
We do not sell, promise or imply search engine placement, web traffic, leads, sales, sentiment or any comparison against your competitors. We make no promise of any specific outcome. If anyone tells you otherwise on our behalf, they are not authorised to do so and these terms govern instead.
Credits are consumed when you launch a campaign. Prices may change, but a change never applies retroactively to a campaign you have already launched.
When you launch a campaign, your first article is scheduled at launch and the remainder follow at a regular publishing rate (currently around three articles per week). Publication dates are estimates, not fixed commitments. Where a package spans more articles than a publication should carry for one business in a month, the remainder is scheduled into following months so that the coverage stays credible.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is deliberate, unused credits may be forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. One account is for one business owner or agency; do not share credentials.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing an account does not remove articles already published, and does not by itself refund unused credits (see the refund policy).
Payments are processed by third party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges or currency conversion costs applied by your own provider. A chargeback raised without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended while it is investigated.
We own the articles our newsroom writes and the publications they appear on. You keep ownership of your own trademarks, logos and the material you supply, and you grant us a licence to use them for the purpose of producing and publishing your coverage, including keeping published articles online after your account closes.
We aim to keep the platform and our publications available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and parts of the service may be unavailable from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to tell account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Please contact us first: most problems are resolved faster by email than by anything else.
